Qur'an 67:19 Al-Mulk
Do they not see the birds above them with wings outspread and [sometimes] folded in? None holds them [aloft] except the Most Merciful. Indeed He is, of all things, Seeing.

What it says
The eye is sent out a second time in this surah, now at something ordinary and overhead. Saffat is a participle and yaqbidna a finite verb: the spread wing is the bird's standing state, the fold is the act it keeps repeating inside that state. What holds a heavy body up in thin air is then named, and the name chosen is the Merciful.
