Qur'an 67:1 Al-Mulk

Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent -

Saheeh International

What it says

Tabaraka is a verb, not an epithet: abundance that settles and stays rather than a quality being praised. The dominion is said to be in his hand, which in Arabic is possession together with control and not a place where a thing is kept. The surah takes its name from that word, mulk, and its first move is to fix the owner before anything owned is described.
