Qur'an 67:13-14 Al-Mulk

And conceal your speech or publicize it; indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts.Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted?

What it says · verse 13

A command in form and an argument in effect: whisper it or shout it, the result is identical. Asarra is to drop the voice to a confidant and jahara to raise it so everyone hears, and between them they use up the ways a thing can be said. The answer then goes past speech altogether, to dhat as-sudur, what a chest holds and never let out.
