Qur'an 2:45-46 Al-Baqarah

And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah]Who are certain that they will meet their Lord and that they will return to Him.

What it says · verse 45

Patience and prayer are named together as the means of seeking help, and the verse admits plainly that this is heavy, except for those already disposed to submit. The exception describes who finds the practice bearable, not a way around it.
