Qur'an 2:133 Al-Baqarah
Or were you witnesses when death approached Jacob, when he said to his sons, "What will you worship after me?" They said, "We will worship your God and the God of your fathers, Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac - one God. And we are Muslims [in submission] to Him."

What it says
The question turns to the hearers directly: were you there when death came to Ya'qub. It then reports his deathbed question to his sons, what they will worship after him, and their answer, naming Allah alone, the one their fathers Ibrahim, Isma'il and Ishaq worshipped, and stating their own submission to Him.
