Qur'an 73:4 Al-Muzzammil
أَوْ زِدْ عَلَيْهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ تَرْتِيلًا
Or add to it, and recite the Qur'an with measured recitation.
Saheeh International
What it says
The third option opens upward, past the half. Then the manner is fixed, and the verbal noun after the verb doubles it for weight. Rattala is used of teeth set evenly in the jaw, each one separate and in its place, so what is asked for is spacing rather than speed.
