Qur'an 73:6-7 Al-Muzzammil

Indeed, the hours of the night are more effective for concurrence [of heart and tongue] and more suitable for words.Indeed, for you by day is prolonged occupation.

Saheeh International

What it says · verse 6

The night hours are named as something that comes up out of the dark, the way a shoot rises. Wat' is the press of a foot on ground, so the standing done then lands with more of the person's weight in it. And the speech is straighter, since at that hour the tongue and the attention are not being pulled apart.
