What it says · verse 1

The address names the Prophet ﷺ by what he is doing at that moment rather than by his office. Muzzammil is a participle from a verb meaning to bundle oneself into a garment, and the doubled middle letter makes the wrapping thorough, cloth gathered right around. The surah begins by speaking to a man at rest and then does not leave him there.
