Qur'an 73:9 Al-Muzzammil

[He is] the Lord of the East and the West; there is no deity except Him, so take Him as Disposer of [your] affairs.

Saheeh International

What it says

Sunrise and sunset held by one Lord. The two words are nouns of place, the point where the sun comes up and the point where it goes down, and together they cover the whole span a person can see. The declaration of oneness sits in the middle, and the command that closes the verse is to hand the matter over, since a wakil is the one appointed to act in your affair.
