Qur'an 64:9 At-Taghabun
يَوْمَ يَجْمَعُكُمْ لِيَوْمِ ٱلْجَمْعِ ۖ ذَٰلِكَ يَوْمُ ٱلتَّغَابُنِ ۗ وَمَن يُؤْمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ وَيَعْمَلْ صَٰلِحًۭا يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِۦ وَيُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًۭا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ
The Day He will assemble you for the Day of Assembly - that is the Day of Deprivation. And whoever believes in Allah and does righteousness - He will remove from him his misdeeds and admit him to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. That is the great attainment.
Saheeh International
What it says
This names the day the surah is titled after: the day of gathering, called here the day of taghābun, mutual loss and gain, a term from trade for the moment one side in a deal discovers what the other has walked away with. Belief paired with right action earns two things at once, bad deeds removed and entry into gardens with rivers running beneath, permanently. The verse calls that the great triumph.

يَوْمَ yawma the day · يَجْمَعُكُمْ yajmaʿukum he gathers you · لِيَوْمِ liyawmi for the day of · ٱلْجَمْعِ al-jamʿi the gathering · ذَٰلِكَ dhālika that · يَوْمُ yawmu is the day of · ٱلتَّغَابُنِ at-taghābuni mutual loss · وَمَن wa-man and whoever · يُؤْمِن yuʾmin believes · بِٱللَّهِ billāhi in Allah · وَيَعْمَلْ wa-yaʿmal and does · صَٰلِحًا ṣāliḥan righteousness · يُكَفِّرْ yukaffir he removes · عَنْهُ ʿanhu from him · سَيِّـَٔاتِهِۦ sayyiʾātihi his bad deeds · وَيُدْخِلْهُ wa-yudkhilhu and admits him · جَنَّٰتٍ jannātin into gardens · تَجْرِى tajrī flowing · مِن min from · تَحْتِهَا taḥtihā beneath them · ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ al-anhāru rivers · خَٰلِدِينَ khālidīna abiding · فِيهَآ fīhā therein · أَبَدًا abadan forever · ذَٰلِكَ dhālika that · ٱلْفَوْزُ al-fawzu is the triumph · ٱلْعَظِيمُ al-ʿaẓīm great
