Qur'an 68:48 Al-Qalam

Then be patient for the decision of your Lord, [O Muhammad], and be not like the companion of the fish when he called out while he was distressed.

What it says

The instruction the whole surah has been moving toward, and it comes with a warning attached. Yunus is named only by what happened to him. Makzum describes grief held in with no outlet, and the call he made was made from inside that state.
