Qur'an 68:4 Al-Qalam
وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍۢ
And indeed, you are of a great moral character.
Saheeh International
What it says
The denial is followed by its opposite stated in the positive. Khuluq is the settled shape a person's conduct has taken, from the root that gives khalq, the making of a thing. What is praised is not one act but the whole formed disposition, and the preposition puts him standing on it as on ground.
