Qur'an 68:1 Al-Qalam

نٓ ۚ وَٱلْقَلَمِ وَمَا يَسْطُرُونَ

Nun. By the pen and what they inscribe,

Saheeh International

What it says

A single letter, then an oath sworn on the pen and on what is written with it. The surah takes its name from that pen, and the oath is laid down before the thing it answers, which comes in the next verse. Yasturun is left without a named subject, so the ones doing the writing are not identified.
