Qur'an 98:8 Al-Bayyinah
Their reward with Allah will be gardens of perpetual residence beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, Allah being pleased with them and they with Him. That is for whoever has feared his Lord.

What it says
The reward is described, and then the description is interrupted by something that is not a place. He is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him. The verse then ends by naming the one qualification that all of it depends on.
