Qur'an 98:7 Al-Bayyinah
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمْ خَيْرُ ٱلْبَرِيَّةِ
Indeed, they who have believed and done righteous deeds - those are the best of creatures.
Saheeh International
What it says
The opposite verdict in the same frame. Two conditions are given, belief and the deeds that follow it, and the people who hold both are measured against everything made and placed at the top.
