Qur'an 78:40 An-Naba
Indeed, We have warned you of a near punishment on the Day when a man will observe what his hands have put forth and the disbeliever will say, "Oh, I wish that I were dust!"

What it says
The surah ends with a sentence spoken by someone who is looking at his own record. The punishment is called near, the deeds are described as having been sent on ahead by his hands, and the last words in the surah are a wish to have been dirt instead of a person.
