Qur'an 72:26-27 Al-Jinn
[He is] Knower of the unseen, and He does not disclose His [knowledge of the] unseen to anyoneExcept whom He has approved of messengers, and indeed, He sends before each messenger and behind him observers

What it says · verse 26
The reason for that ignorance is given as a description of Allah rather than as a limit placed on the Prophet ﷺ. Ghayb is whatever is absent from perception, and calling it His unseen makes it property. Yuẓhiru ʿalā is to put someone above a thing so that he can look down into it.
