Qur'an 72:21 Al-Jinn
قُلْ إِنِّى لَآ أَمْلِكُ لَكُمْ ضَرًّۭا وَلَا رَشَدًۭا
Say, "Indeed, I do not possess for you [the power of] harm or right direction."

What it says
The disclaimer is put in terms of ownership: he does not hold either outcome in hand to give out. Harm is paired not with benefit but with rashad, which fits a surah whose subject is direction. What he does hold is named two verses later, and it is a message.
