Qur'an 71:13-14 Nuh
مَّا لَكُمْ لَا تَرْجُونَ لِلَّهِ وَقَارًۭا وَقَدْ خَلَقَكُمْ أَطْوَارًا
What is [the matter] with you that you do not attribute to Allah [due] grandeurWhile He has created you in stages?

What it says · verse 13
A question turned back on them in the middle of the report. Waqar is weight, the gravity that makes a thing taken seriously, and raja here is looking for something or reckoning on it. They are asked why Allah's weight is not part of what they expect to meet. The question opens the passage on creation that runs to verse 20.
