Qur'an 99:7 Az-Zalzalah

فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًۭا يَرَهُۥ

So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it,

Saheeh International

What it says

The unit of measure is the smallest thing an Arab had a word for. And the verse does not say the deed is recorded or weighed or reported. It says the person sees it, which puts the act back in front of the eyes that once chose it.

Word by word
