Qur'an 94:7-8 Ash-Sharh
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَب
So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].And to your Lord direct [your] longing.

The instruction says what to do with the ease when it comes. Finishing one thing is not the start of rest, it is the start of the next exertion.
