Qur'an 93:7 Ad-Duhaa
وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّۭا فَهَدَىٰ
And He found you lost and guided [you],
Saheeh International
What it says
The middle of the three. The word dall covers a man who does not know the road as much as one who has walked off it, and what is being described is the state before revelation came rather than a wrongdoing that needed forgiving.

وَوَجَدَكَ wa-wajadaka and He found you · ضَآلًّا ḍāllan not knowing the way · فَهَدَىٰ fa-hadā and He guided
