Qur'an 89:27-30 Al-Fajr
[To the righteous it will be said], "O reassured soul,Return to your Lord, well-pleased and pleasing [to Him],And enter among My [righteous] servantsAnd enter My Paradise."

What it says · verse 27
In the middle of the assembly and the fetters, the surah turns and speaks to somebody directly. It does not say the believing soul or the obedient soul. It says the settled one, and the description is about the state it is in rather than the record it holds.
