Qur'an 82:6-8 Al-Infitar
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ ٱلْكَرِيمِ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّىٰكَ فَعَدَلَكَ فِىٓ أَىِّ صُورَةٍۢ مَّا شَآءَ رَكَّبَكَ
O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous,Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you?In whatever form He willed has He assembled you.
Saheeh International
What it says · verse 6
The scene stops and a question is put straight to the reader. Not what made you deny, or what made you sin, but what fooled you. The last word of the question is the one that does the work: the Lord being taken lightly is named as the Generous.
