Qur'an 75:4 Al-Qiyamah
بَلَىٰ قَٰدِرِينَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّسَوِّىَ بَنَانَهُۥ
Yes. [We are] Able [even] to proportion his fingertips.
Saheeh International
What it says
Bala answers a negative question by reversing it. The reply then goes past what was denied. Not the bones but the fingertips, the smallest and most particular work in the hand. Nusawwi is the verb of proportioning, setting a thing in its exact order, and it comes back at the end of the surah for the first making of man.
