Qur'an 75:16-19 Al-Qiyamah

Move not your tongue with it, [O Muhammad], to hasten with recitation of the Qur'an.Indeed, upon Us is its collection [in your heart] and [to make possible] its recitation. So when We have recited it [through Gabriel], then follow its recitation. Then upon Us is its clarification [to you].

What it says · verse 16

The scene of the Day breaks off and the address turns to the Prophet ﷺ while revelation is coming down on him. He had been repeating the words as they arrived, afraid of losing them, and the instruction is to let the tongue rest. The pronoun it is never explained. The surah is speaking about itself as it is being received.
