Qur'an 74:54-56 Al-Muddaththir

No! Indeed, the Qur'an is a reminderThen whoever wills will remember it.And they will not remember except that Allah wills. He is worthy of fear and adequate for [granting] forgiveness.

What it says · verse 54

The last kallā, and the pronoun turns to the Qurʾan itself. Tadhkirah is the word from verse 49, the thing they were turning away from, now named plainly. A reminder is not new information; it is what is already known, set back in front of the one who knows it.
