Qur'an 62:1 Al-Jumu'ah
Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth is exalting Allah, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

What it says
Opens with the same declaration that opens the surah before it and the one two after it: everything in the heavens and everything on the earth glorifying Allah as a standing fact, not a command being issued. Four titles follow in a run, Sovereign and Pure paired first, then Mighty and Wise, kingship set beside holiness and power beside wisdom. The pairing sets the register for what follows, a King who sends a messenger to a people rather than a force with no bearing on them.
