Qur'an 58:1 Al-Mujadila
Certainly has Allah heard the speech of the one who argues with you, [O Muhammad], concerning her husband and directs her complaint to Allah. And Allah hears your dialogue; indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.

What it says
The surah opens on a specific case rather than a general address: a woman has already brought her complaint, and Allah says He heard it before this verse was recited. The sentence pairs her plea to Allah with the exchange between her and her husband, and says Allah hears both.
