Qur'an 108:3 Al-Kawthar
إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ ٱلْأَبْتَرُ
Indeed, your enemy is the one cut off.
Saheeh International
What it says
The surah closes by handing an insult back. Someone had called the Prophet ﷺ cut off, meaning left without a son to carry his name, and the verse returns the exact word to the person who used it, with the definite article added so that it becomes a title.
