Qur'an 107:1 Al-Ma'un
أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ
Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense?
Saheeh International
What it says
The surah opens by pointing at a man. It does not define denial, it asks whether you have noticed a particular person. Everything after this is the answer, and the answer is given entirely in terms of what he does with his hands and his time.
