Qur'an 106:4 Quraysh
ٱلَّذِىٓ أَطْعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٍۢ وَءَامَنَهُم مِّنْ خَوْفٍۭ
Who has fed them, [saving them] from hunger and made them safe, [saving them] from fear.

What it says
Two needs, named in the order a body feels them. Food first, then safety. Both were supplied to a settlement built in a valley that grows nothing, which is the whole of the case the surah makes.
